The Safewill platform allows you to write your Will from anywhere in as little as 20 minutes, with the peace of mind that each document is looked at by Australian lawyers.

We’ve broken the process down into guided step-by-step sections, so there’s no accidental inputs or information in the wrong spot; it makes writing your Will simple and efficient, without overwhelming you with too much information at once.

Once you’ve submitted your info, our team of specialist lawyers will review your Will to make sure you've used the platform correctly, and your Will is without any issues. They’ll give you the green light to print and sign your Will, ensuring its validity.

Your Will is free to update as many times as you like within the first year; as life happens and the unexpected occurs, you can log back in to make any changes (whether that’s to add in your new property, update beneficiaries or make a donation to charity) after that first year with our optional $15/year subscription.

A copy of your signed Will can be uploaded and stored securely on our platform for your executor to use when the time comes.
